Draw Analysis Friday 17th May: Double Rollover up for Grabs

Draw analysis

There was a double rollover jackpot up for grabs on the Friday EuroMillions as players competed for a top prize worth a bumper €36,000,000. The jackpot was soaring but did the draw find a winner? It’s time to check the results and find out.

The winning numbers for the Friday EuroMillions draw are 16, 28, 42, 43, and 45; the Lucky Stars 6 and 7 were also drawn. News from lottery organisers is that no one has won the top prize.

Now it’s time for the draw analysis as we look at the winning numbers to see what’s hot, and what’s not! There were no single digit balls drawn on Friday night and so 16 was the lowest ball drawn and we haven’t seen that for quite a few weeks, last drawn back in the first draw of April. Next up in the winning set is number 28 and it’s around a month since we saw that drawn. Then we have number 42 and we last saw that out back in late-April. Continuing the run of forties is number 43 and it’s the second time this month we’ve seen that as a main ball. The final main ball of the evening was number 45, last out just last Friday!

Joining those main balls are the Lucky Stars 6 and 7 and we last saw that pair drawn back at the beginning of April. They weren’t part of a jackpot winning set back then and they didn’t prove lucky for players on Friday either as no one matched all seven winning numbers to net the top prize.

The biggest winners from Friday’s draw are five players who matched the second prize, each collecting €203,560. The jackpot has rolled over and so Tuesday’s top prize is heading for €45,000,000!
