Draw Analysis Friday 18th January: Monster Rollover

Draw analysis

With a €60,000,000 top prize on offer Friday’s EuroMillions was what you’d call a monster rollover as a string of rollovers led to a big, big jackpot. The results for that draw are here and it’s time to check the winning numbers.

The EuroMillions results for Friday 18th January are 5, 6, 16, 30, and 46; the Lucky Stars 5 and 10 were also drawn. News from organisers is that no one has won the top prize and the jackpot rolls yet again!

Now it’s time to take a closer look at the numbers drawn and see what’s hot and what’s not in the EuroMillions. Number 5 was the lowest ball drawn, appearing in both ball pools on Friday night and out for the first time this year. Number 6 is next and that’s also out for the first time in 2018 as a main ball, last drawn back in November. Then we have number 16 and we last saw that drawn back in the final draw of 2018. Number 30 is next and it’s been a while since we saw that last as a main ball, not drawn since back in November last year. Completing the winning balls is the final ball of the main numbers, number 46 and that’s a long overdue ball as it hasn’t been drawn since back in September of last year.

Joining those main balls were the Lucky Stars 5 and 10, these have not been hot balls in recent weeks and it’s many months since the pair was drawn together.

The numbers did not prove lucky for players and no one has matched all the winning numbers to scoop the jackpot. The biggest winners are two players who matched the second prize to each collect €586,491.

The Tuesday EuroMillions is a further rollover and the top prize is expected to be worth around €70,000,000!
