Draw Analysis Tuesday 9th April: Winning News!

Draw analysis

After a string of rollovers, the Tuesday night EuroMillions jackpot was heading for €80,000,000, and while it came in just short of that, it was a substantial prize all the same. The results for that big draw are in and it’s time we checked those wining numbers.

The EuroMillions results, Tuesday 9th April are 18, 21, 29, 38, and 41; the Lucky Stars 1 and 11 were also drawn to make up the winning set, and what a winning set it was as news in is that we have a winner!

First let’s take a look at those winning numbers and we see no single digit balls were drawn and so the lowest number drawn was 18 and we last saw that drawn a month ago. Next is number 21 and we haven’t seen that for a while, last drawn back in early February. Then we have number 29 and it’s the second consecutive draw we’ve seen that out as a main ball. Number 38 is next in the winning set and that hasn’t been drawn since back in mid-February. And the final main ball of the evening is number 41 and that too hasn’t been out since back in February.

Joining those main balls to complete the winning set are the Lucky Stars 1 and 11, the first time either has been drawn this month and the first time they’ve been out together in more than six months.

However, the numbers did prove lucky for at least one player as a single ticket matched all seven numbers to win €79,149,373. The winning ticket was sold in Portugal.

Other notable winners are five players who matched the second prize to each collect €184,421.

The next EuroMillions draw is on Friday evening and that jackpot will be back to €17,000,000!
